Drive allows users to store files on their servers, synchronize files across devices, and share files.
 Files created and edited through the office suite are saved in Google Drive.

webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the Web using video conferencing software.webinar is benefiting education by Teachers can use it to attend conferences, live meetings, and live sessions with their students or colleagues as well.
 its interactive elements is the ability to give, receive and discuss information in real-time.


4. Google form








  • Google Forms acts the same way as Microsoft word. Yet it is directly connected to Google Drive, with an immediate upload to it.
  •  Teachers can use it to to online exams, with immediate results. Students as well can use it to do surveys.
  •  Test making: drive - more - forms - templates - blank - choose a theme - put title - write description start numbering and writing the questions and selecting the type of the answers
  • Click on the plus sign to add a new question
  •  In the section part, we can making it easier by putting choices, as A B C D
  • Put the "required" option for all the obligatory questions
  • Go to the setting - select quiz - make this a quiz - save
  • Now, we can add points next to each question: answer key - add answer feedback - add the correct answer - add the relevant points
  •  To shuffle the questions: setting - presentation - shuffle question order
  • Add confirmation message as Good Luck
  •  If the document is Microsoft Word, we can not edit it on drive, 1st transform it into Google Form: upload Microsoft document to Drive - open with Google Docs - edit
